Shipping Coverage: India-wide (for now). We may expand internationally soon.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom PC builds may take 3–7 business days depending on parts availability.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (charges apply).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • 甸Free shipping for orders above ₹10,000.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

5. Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen events, but we’ll assist with tracking and resolution.

🔁 Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility

  • You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery if:
    • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • You received the wrong item.
    • The item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Important: For your convenience and protection, please record an unboxing video while opening the package. This serves as proof in case of any claims regarding damage, defects, or incorrect products. Refund or replacement requests without an unboxing video may be declined.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling.
  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Custom-built PCs (unless found defective during delivery).

3. Return & Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, our agent will arrange a pickup of the item.
  • After receiving the item, our team will inspect it:
    • If the product matches your claim (wrong/damaged), we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.
    • If the item is found to be in proper condition, it can be sent back to you, but you will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
